  • May 21 — Tracing your Genetic Lineage - Dr. Brian Shmaefsky, biology professor from Lone Star College-Kingwood, reveals his ancient ancestral roots via the Genographic Project hosted by the National Geographic Society.
  • May 28 — Curry Flavor: Secrets behind Curry with Professor Padmaja Vedartham - What is the history of curry and why is it so hot? Taste the exotic flavors of Indian/South Asian food and learn some easy, healthful cooking tips and techniques. Celebrating Asian Pacific Heritage Month in HSC 105 (Kitchen).
